Payment Agrement

I agree to pay Paragon Studios within the terms provided, as agreed upon between myself as the student or guardian of the student, and Paragon Studios. In return, Paragon Studios agrees to provide the agreed upon services (disclosed above) with the understanding that the student will operate within the Paragon Studio Student Agreement. I understand that listed prices are subject to local and state sales tax.

Paragon Studios Technology Agreement *

Lessons will be held weekly via Zoom and a link will be sent to the student at the beginning of their session. It will be the same link for the entire session. If for any reason a student is unable to join due to technological issues, they will contact their instructor as soon as they are able. Lessons will be recorded via Zoom for the student's and instructor's protection. Recordings will be uploaded into a private Google Drive folder which only the student and instructor will have access to. Students may watch back lessons at any time to review class activity. This Google Drive will also be where materials like sheet music or lyrics are distributed. Students will be sent the link to their private Google Drive folder at the beginning of the session and will have access to it indefinitely. If at any time a student is unable to access any aforementioned digital tools, they may request the link again by contacting their instructor. Paragon Studios Instructors will send weekly a Lesson Recap, where you will find the Google Drive Link to that week's lesson. They may also include materials like sheet music, YouTube links, audio recordings, or additional supplemental material.

Paragon Behavior Agreement *

If for any reason I, the student, cannot attend the agreed upon lesson time, I will let my instructor know as soon as possible. Instructors will do their best to schedule a makeup time for individual lessons, however if a rescheduled lesson is not possible, the student will receive a lesson video instead. Students involved in group classes will receive a lesson video to follow in lieu of the class. I acknowledge that if a student ‘No call, No shows’ one time, the instructor will reach out, and work to reschedule the missed lesson/class. If a student ‘No call, No shows' a second time, the instructor will reach out again, but will not reschedule the missed lesson/class. If it happens a third time, the student will be removed from the class/lessons will cease. No refund is provided for no call, no shows. During lesson/class time, I, the student, will not participate in any kind of harassing, inappropriate, discriminatory, or violent behaviors. I understand that anything of the sort is grounds for removal from Paragon Studios. Students who are removed from the studio for harassment, discriminatory, or inappropriate actions/comments/behaviors will not receive a refund. If, for any reason, I cannot continue or complete my session at Paragon Studios, I will communicate with my instructor immediately. My instructor will work with me to create a plan. Refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis for this instance only, determined by operating management of Paragon Studio by working with the student/family.
